The demographic information of a 1st time patient is entered and a unique Permanent Patient registration Number is generated. With the help of MRN (Medical Record number), we can retrieve complete OPD / IPD, history, billing information of a patient at any time.
• OPD Patient Registration - Every time patient visits to OPD, Patient has unique MRN, now he/she enters into OPD, there they get OPD no. that is OPD Registration of a patient. Then on selection of consultant doctor, Referral doctor, Doctor writes complaint of a patient in OPD.
• IPD Patient Registration – Doctor suggests patient to admit in a hospital, he/she gets admitted and IPD registration is made, ward/room is selected while doing PD registration.
• Keeps track of individual doctor OPD & IPD patients appointment.
• Print daily appointment list of patient
• Facility to assign time slot and days to a particular doctor’s schedule in advance.
• Facility to cancel appointment.
• Direct Registration or OPD entry of a patient from appointment list.
• Consultant doctor can see the list of Registered OPD Patient, which is registered for him/her.
• Can able to write complete past history, family history, personal history, professional history, present history and chief complains of patient.
• Write examination of patient.
• Assign Provisional Diagnosis.
• Order investigations (Electronically) , Direct order goes to respective Laboratory
• Medical Emergency / Accidents will be handled by this module
• Patient can be admitted in casualty ward or can be admitted to other ward.
• After 4 hrs of admission, patient can be shifted to other ward.

• Request Comes directly in the lab from Consultant doctor / from ward
• Test Samples of OPD Patient taken in lab
• Test Samples of IPD Patients taken in ward
• Result are entered by Technician / Doctors
• Result are Verified by Doctors before release.
• Investigation Report can be viewed by Consultant doctor in their chamber or in wards electronically.
• Interfacing with lab instruments can be done with our software, so data is automatically entered in software, no human errors can occur.
